To Join The Guild:
Pretty Simple but very selective. Feel free to apply here on the site but we plan to keep the guild small so we can gear people up fast and efficiently. More people we have the harder that becomes. If we have a position open check on our Current Members forum board to find out what openings we have.
Guild Conduct:
We're all friends here. Don't be a jerk, don't be an ass, and don't QQ if you don't get your way!
Raid Attendance:
Because we have so few members attendance is very important. However we won't get mad if you tell us ahead of time that you won't make it. (exempt from holidays and special occasions =P) We want members to be able to make at least 95% of all raids on average.
Loot Distribution:
All Loot Will Be Loot Counseled! Officers will decide who gets to roll on which pieces of gear. It will be based on a combination of Biggest upgrade and time raiding fairness!
Loot Priority will be:
- Core Main Spec
- Friendly Main Spec
- Core Off Spec
- Friendly Off Spec
Because Core members have priority for the raids, loot distribution shouldn't be a problem. Don't QQ if you lose, it'll drop again.
Loot Fights = Immediate Gkick. If you have a problem with the way it was counseled, it can be discussed with an officer in private later, during the raid and gumming up the war machine is not the time or place.
Ranks:
General - Guild Master
Sergant - Core Raider
Private - Off Raiders/ New Members
Civilian - Casual Members (Friends, Alts)
Progression:
We will be focusing on 10-man Naxxramas to test the waters as we find our core group. Once we have all our core raider slots filled, then will be moving on to 10-man Ulduar. Once Ulduar is cleared we will begin on Crusaders' Coliseum. By having our hardcore small group gear shouldn't become a problem with the fact that we won't have new people in there every week spreading out the loot over too many people. We hope to progress quickly and efficiently through the end-game content and enjoy it for all it's worth ^^
Interguild Issues
Hopefully there shouldn't be any, but should there be inner guild issues between members, please keep them out of guild chat. You can PM Raihime or Phoenix on the site for assistance, and we will try our best to solve and/or remove any problems. We're a small group, and we all depend on each other in raids, we can't have someone refusing to heal someone cause they're pissed or an "accidental" miss misdirection...problems will be resolved swiftly and fairly as possible by an Officer. Raihime is the only asshole allowed.
PUGing Out:
As we are a focused 10-man Raiding guild it will be allowed to go along with other guilds to do 25-mans if you wish. Only rules for going to other guilds' raids is that it cannot be during our raiding time and it cannot be something that we are currently raiding. If we decide to grab another 15 core members then pugging out will only be allowed on Mondays if you had missed the earlier guild run.
